Nominations for Cohort16 are now open and the programme will start in the Autumn 2024 through to July 2025
Senior leaders who wish to join future programmmes will need to be nominated and supported by their DCS and invoices will be issued when your registration is accepted. Payment is non refundable once you have been registered to begin the 360 evaluation and payment must be received within 3 months of acceptance. Nominations are now being accepted and will close on June 21st 2024

Nominees should be talented senior leaders with management responsibility who are currently, or likely to be, working around second or third tier in your organization and aspiring to progress to a more senior role.
Nominees from children and /or adult services in local authorities, as well as health partners and voluntary sector partners, are welcomed.
Participants will work in mixed professional groups, with trained coaches, and will follow a successful programme which begins with a 360 evaluation against Resourceful Leader Competencies followed up with a 1:1 coached session to develop a personal development plan
The coaching group sessions explore leading the self, leading teams, system leadership and leading in a corporate and political environment.
Optional expert seminars focus on key topics such as safeguarding, education, health, and new models of service delivery, to enable those with little or no expertise in these areas to learn from leading experts.
The programme will start in Autumn 2024 and finish in July 2025

The cost of the programme is £2500 per delegate.
