1.1 In this Privacy policy, references to “we” or “us” are to Leaders for London , Jackie Harrop Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (registered number 06827843) whose registered office is at Mansion House Manchester Road Altrincham Cheshire WA14 4RW who is the controller of any personal data processed as described in this Privacy policy.

2. Use of the Leaders for London website and online 360 and course content
This Privacy policy applies to your Leaders for London registration data and use of the website and online 360 data and course content.
3. Collection of information
3.1 When you register for the Leaders for London programme , your contact details are used to enable us to ensure you have access to programme dates and events. Your details are not passed on to third party organisations and only shared with your course coach and programme administrator in order to ensure you have details of the programme. 360 access on the Netready site is protected by password access which is available only to the Leaders for London administrator and not available to anyone who has not been nominated by yourself. We retain your details for 1 year in order to invite you as alumni to masterclass events. Any evaluation survey or questionnaire sent to you by us, is anonymised and individual responses destroyed in line with data protection requirements. We may ask you for information when you report a problem with the Leaders for London website or the360 evaluation process. No specific comments or feedback are conveyed to line managers, nominating officers or your organisation . Any reports to ALDCS on emerging issues are anonymised and generalised and not referred to any individual or their organisation.
3.2 To register for the programme we ask for your name, job title, contact details and email address. In order to create mixed borough and mixed professional groups we use this information in order to ensure confidentiality and anonymity for group coaching, and to help us to tailor groups and materclasses to suit your current and emerging needs. We may also ask you about your gender in order to create balanced groups and understand more about you (responding to these questions will always be optional, however).The results of your 360 evaluation are only available to you and you may share with your group coach . The course administrators can also access the progress of your assessment but will only access the full report if acting as your coach.
3.3 When you register for the programme we will also require details for payment, and will require your purchase order numbers and other payment details. If you contact us, for example to request 1;1 coaching , we may also keep a record of that correspondence until that has been set up.
4. Use of your information
4.1 By registering for Leaders for London, you agree that your contact details may be collected, stored, and used by us and our Netready provider, and course providers, for any of the following purposes:
(a) to provide, maintain, protect and improve the quality of the Leaders for London Programme content we offer,
(b) to provide you with a personalised 360 evaluation when using the Leaders for London website;
(c) to allow you to use the full range of features on or via our website;
(d) to send you course-specific email notifications and updates about the Leaders for London programme you are enrolled on;
(e) to comply with legal and regulatory requirements;
(f)to contact you occasionally in order to invite you to masterclasses as an alumni
4.2 We may use your email address to send you course notices and updates about our programme .
5. Storage of information
5.1 All information is stored on our secure servers. When you register for 360 on line evaluation, you will be given a password which enables you and your nominated assessors to access the secure section of the Leaders for London website. You are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share this password with anyone.
6. Legal basis for processing your information
6.1 We will normally collect personal information from you or your nominator or approved PA only
6.3 If we ask you to provide personal information to comply with a legal requirement or to perform a contract with you, we will make this clear at the relevant time and advise you whether the provision of your personal information is mandatory or not .
6.4 Similarly, if we are required at any point in the future to collect and use your personal information in reliance on our legitimate interests (or those of any third party), we will make clear to you at the relevant time what those legitimate interests are.
7. Disclosure of your information
We may disclose your personal information to third parties when required by and permitted by law including:
(a) with your consent;
- payment services provider (as discussed at paragraph 3.2 above) when you make a purchase to process your payment
- providers of 360 assessments
- These suppliers’ use of your personal data may be subject to their own privacy policies, which are available on their websites, and which we suggest you familiarise yourself with in the relevant circumstances set out above.
b) if we are under a duty to disclose or share your information in order to comply with any legal obligation,
8. Data retention
8.1 We retain personal information we collect from you only where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with a service you have requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements).
8.2 When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
